I will be presenting the first chapter of my dissertation, related to aerial strategy choice, at the ISSS-ISAC  Annual Conference at the Hyatt Regency Irvine in Irvine, CA.  I will be presenting at the Operational Challenges and Strategies Panel on Friday the 13th at 4:30PM.  Please contact me if you are interested in meeting up.  I will also be attending the Peace Science conference that same weekend in LA.
